Directions

New to taking CBD drops? We recommend starting with a low dose and, gradually, work your way up to your desired result. Generally, we’ve found a great starting dose is 20mg a day.

We recommend breaking up your dose: one in the morning and one about 45-min before bed.

This stuff works great! I have lower back and hip pain and using a small amount rubbed onto those spots gives relief in 5-8 minutes and lasts for several hours! No medicinal smell! Smells great!
