This stuff has helped so much to trellis r my hip pain and neck pain. I take a small amount in my hands and rub it into the effected areas. No need to wash it off of my hands after applying because it feels great on my skin and has a relaxing, comforting smell.

Rehab tincture

I love the oil. I THINK it really helps. A bit messy and maybe wastes a little bit. I wonder if this topical oil has ever been tried in a roller ball tube applicator or a sponge type pad that is kind of like a stamp pad…and you would rub it on by holding the bottle at an upside-down angle…. Maybe this kind of applicators aren’t the most sanitary?

Doc recommended for hip bursitis - I'm finding it really helps with my hands more than the hip. perhaps because it needs to go deeper to help the hip. In any event, I'll continuing using for my hands!
