New to taking CBD drops? We recommend starting with a low dose and, gradually, work your way up to your desired result. Generally, we’ve found a great starting dose is 25-30mg a day.

Hold the drops under your tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

We recommend breaking up your dose: one in the morning and one about 45-min before bed depending on desired outcome. Looking for more relaxation in the evening? Then take our drops 1-2 hours before bedtime.
